I receive an overwhelming number of requests to refer candidates for job postings and help candidates get connected with recruiters and employers. I am quite happy to help anyone with such requests but often fall behind the effort of screening and distributing postings.
I have started up two private (membership and posting moderated) mailing lists to help efficiently distribute postings. These groups are not listed in any directory and I screen new members and postings to protect privacy and screen content.

To the best of my knowledge, these are very closed groups. Anyone can invite members or attempt to post messages but I screen all such requests. Members can not see a list of other members.
Please send an e-mail containing the job posting and any relevant attachments to benilan-jobmarket-openings@googlegroups.com. Even if you have just sent an e-mail directly to Michael, please resend it to the list. If you do not wish to have your job posting distributed in this manner, please write back to me explaining why and provide direction for alternate distribution of your posting.
It is not necessary to be a member of the Openings group to send posts to it, typically posters to Openings are members of the Candidates group (although group membership is not required to post). The groups are named to reflect the content of their posted messages, not the roles of the subscribers.

The mailing lists names reflect the intended contents of the messages posted to them, not the roles of their members.
Postings must be sent directly to the list in order to release me from any liability related to the distribution of privileged, confidential, and/or otherwise protected disclosures. By posting to the list you assume any such liability and specifically release Michael Ben-David, Benilan Inc. and any related parties, agents or sub-contractors of same.
Group members must prevent the re-syndication of any content in these groups to the best of their ability and agree to accept upon themselves any liability resulting from the re-syndication or distribution of the postings of this group without the poster providing permission to do so.
